A qualified yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, meditation teacher and counsellor, Megan has an ability to listen to and understand that each and every single one of us is living a life filled with our own chaos. Megs passion is to help others to own their story, re-author their story and continue to create a life that they want to live.
Hannah Blank is a certified breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher. Her teaching style is down-to-earth and personal, her teachings coming from the heart and drawn from personal experience. Having fallen in love with the breath and the benefits it can bring the body, Hannah hopes to guide others into finding that light within themselves. She brings a nurturing quality to her classes and keeps them light hearted, quirky and fun.
